Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project We are seeking a highly skilled **Planning Engineer** to oversee project scheduling, resource management, and cost control for construction projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, monitoring, and reporting, with a proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baselines and progress tracking * Monitor project execution and compare actual performance against planned schedules * Prepare recovery programs and mitigation plans to address delays or resource constraints * Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients to optimize resource allocation and task sequencing * Generate weekly, monthly, and ad\-hoc progress reports for management review * Support project claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, and variation analysis * Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements, project standards, and best practices **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * 5\-7 years of experience in civil engineering project planning within the construction industry * Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project * Solid understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and resource management principles * Proven experience in preparing baseline programs, monitoring progress, and implementing recovery plans * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, coordination, and reporting skills * Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, management, and external stakeholders Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD800\.000 \- KD1,000\.000 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Planning Engineer : 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
