Job Responsibilities * Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. * Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinarians, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. * Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed. * Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives. * Execute the annual non\-managerial \& managerial performance management process. * Execute the annual salary increment and bonus for non\-managerial. * Assess training needs to apply and monitor training \& development programs. * Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, engagement, performance management objectives and appraisals etc. * Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. * Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.
