Communicate with various stakeholders and resolve shipment issues promptly Job Summary ILS Logistics Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate logistics records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations. * Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on\-time delivery. * Prepare and maintain shipping documents and logistics records. * Communicate with drivers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers. * Track deliveries and resolve shipment issues promptly. * Coordinate warehouse activities and inventory movement. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. * Prepare logistics reports and update management on shipment status. * Assist with scheduling deliveries and transportation routes. * Perform other logistics\-related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination is preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with logistics or ERP software is an advantage. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
