Drive continuous process improvement and strategic planning Fleet Operations Manager **Gracias Auto** **Location:** Beirut Street, Hawalli, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,550 per month** Job Overview Gracias Auto is seeking an experienced and highly organized **Fleet Operations Manager** to oversee the daily management of our vehicle fleet in Hawalli, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring fleet efficiency, vehicle availability, regulatory compliance, maintenance planning, and cost optimization while leading a team dedicated to delivering safe and reliable transportation operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet. * Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, servicing, and repairs to ensure maximum fleet availability. * Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operating expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings. * Ensure compliance with Kuwait transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards. * Supervise fleet coordinators, drivers, and maintenance personnel, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. * Manage fleet documentation, including vehicle registrations, insurance, licensing, and maintenance records. * Coordinate vehicle procurement, replacement planning, and disposal activities. * Investigate fleet incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong culture of workplace safety. * Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and budget forecasts for senior management. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams to support business objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or a similar leadership role. * Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, transportation regulations, vehicle lifecycle management, and operational planning. * Experience with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced operational environment.
