**Quantity Surveyor for / Pricing Engineer for GRC Factory** The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial matters on a construction project. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring the project is completed within the approved budget. **Job Description:** * Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive quotations. * Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) * Evaluate material, Labor, and equipment costs. * Monitor project costs and manage cost variations. * Prepare interim and final payment applicants * Coordinate with design, production, procurement and finance teams. * Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors and historical pricing. * **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying, preferable in the GRC or construction industry. * **Skills**: Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
