Design and execute targeted sales strategies and promotional packages * A prestigious 5\-Star luxury hotel in Kuwait is urgently seeking a driven and results\-oriented **Sales Manager** to proactively drive business acquisition, expand client portfolios, and maximize revenue opportunities within the commercial market. * Proactively source, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and commercial business accounts across Kuwait through direct sales calls, site inspections, and entertaining. * Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts, conducting regular sales visits and negotiating profitable rate contracts to maximize hotel revenue. * Collaborate with the Director of Sales \& Marketing to design and execute targeted sales strategies, promotional packages, and competitive rate structures. * Conduct professional property show\-arounds, client presentations, and off\-site sales meetings using personal transportation to close high\-value deals. * Monitor market trends, tracking competitor activities and local commercial developments to identify emerging revenue streams. * Maintain accurate sales reporting, account profiles, pipeline tracking, and CRM records to evaluate productivity against monthly sales targets.
