The role focuses on driving project execution, aligning technical deliverables with business priorities, and ensuring high\-quality outcomes while maintaining timelines and budgets. **Key Accountabilities** * Drive end\-to\-end project execution across the software development lifecycle * Define project objectives, scope, schedules, and resource plans * Manage and guide cross\-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity * Act as the central communication point for all project stakeholders * Evaluate project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed * Oversee budget planning, cost tracking, and efficient resource allocation * Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and organizational guidelines * Deliver timely status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field * 5 to 8 years of hands\-on experience managing software or IT projects * Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project methodologies * Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a structured environment * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous **Key Competencies** * Strong leadership and team coordination skills * Clear and effective communication across technical and business teams * Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions * Strong planning, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities * Experience working with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalents) Work Location: In person
