Career Growth: Pathway to Executive or Environmental Director roles **About the Role:** EcoLux PC Environmental \& Sustainability Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and impact\-driven **Sustainable Projects Director** to lead the planning, execution, and management of environmental and sustainability initiatives across Kuwait. This role focuses on delivering sustainable solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving environmental innovation across projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Leadership:** Oversee sustainability and environmental projects from concept to completion * **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with business and regulatory goals * **Environmental Compliance:** Ensure adherence to environmental laws, standards, and sustainability frameworks * **Stakeholder Management:** Coordinate with clients, government bodies, and environmental agencies * **Team Leadership:** Manage project managers, engineers, and sustainability specialists * **Performance Monitoring:** Track project KPIs, environmental impact metrics, and reporting standards * **Innovation \& Sustainability:** Promote green technologies, energy efficiency, and eco\-friendly solutions * **Budget \& Resource Management:** Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Senior\-level experience in sustainability, environmental management, or green project development * **Skills:** Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities * **Education:** Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field * **Certifications:** LEED, ISO, or other sustainability certifications are an advantage * **Industry Knowledge:** Experience in environmental consulting, sustainability solutions, or green construction * **Leadership:** Proven ability to manage large\-scale sustainability projects and multidisciplinary teams **Why Join Us:** * **Impact\-Driven Role:** Lead projects that contribute to environmental sustainability * **Leadership Position:** Drive sustainability initiatives at a strategic level * **Career Growth:** Pathway to Executive or Environmental Director roles * **Innovation Environment:** Work on cutting\-edge green technologies and solutions Pay: KD2,100\.000 \- KD3,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
