###### **Responsibilities** •Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable upon arrival. •Provide attentive and personalized service by engaging with customers, maintaining eye contact, and actively listening to understand their needs. •Collect all relative information of the customer (Company / Individual) and all documents required to process the sale. •Fully adhere to company standard operating procedure (SOP) •Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, applying correct rates and clearly explaining terms and conditions to the customer. •Follow up with customers on payments. •Gather information and feedback from clients about their needs and comments and report the same to management. •Support marketing programs and the various company distribution / sales channels and product line up. •Build and maintain solid relationship with Key accounts. •Maintain a clean and organized counter area, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure personal appearance aligns with the company dress code. ##### **Job Requirements** ###### **Educational Qualifications** Education Degree : Diploma Major : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline ###### **Experience** Years of Experience : 2 \- 3 Years Field of Experience : Customer service. ###### **Skills** •Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures •Proficient computer skills •Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
