Supportive and team-oriented work environment **Sales Coordinator – KRF Services LLC (Jahra, Kuwait)** KRF Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales operations and help drive business growth in Jahra and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets * Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person communication * Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales documentation * Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or tracking systems * Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client requests in a timely manner * Liaise with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment * Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services * Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries for management * Support marketing and promotional activities when required * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) * 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within the company * Supportive and team\-oriented work environment * Exposure to a dynamic sales and operations environment in Kuwait KRF Services LLC is committed to delivering reliable services and building long\-term client relationships through professionalism and efficiency.
