Ensure consistency, efficiency, and measurable impact across all strategic initiatives and operational activities. **End\-to\-End Program Leadership:** Lead the process from program design and stakeholder consultation to budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. **Team Leadership:** Mentor Program Managers, Operations Leads, and Mid\-level Coordinators. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive leadership that elevates the team’s output. **Impact Analysis:** Don’t just guess. Validate program decisions with field data, beneficiary feedback, financial analysis, and performance metrics before launching new initiatives. **Stakeholder Management:** Present program strategy, implementation updates, and impact findings to donors, strategic partners, and executive leadership. You can explain why a program decision should be made—not just that it looks good on paper. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 8\+ years in Program Management, International Development, Nonprofit Leadership, or Strategic Operations, with at least 4\-5 years in a leadership or executive management role. **Portfolio:** A strong track record is non\-negotiable. We want to see successful program case studies, measurable outcomes, and evidence of sustainable impact—not just presentations and reports. **Tooling:** You are highly experienced with project management platforms, budgeting systems, impact measurement tools, and strategic reporting software. **Language Skills:** English (Professional/Business Fluency) is required for donor communication, reporting, and strategic documentation. Arabic is highly valued for regional partnerships and stakeholder engagement. **Mindset:** You are pragmatic.
