Summary: The Production Coordinator oversees the entire production cycle, linking design, production, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient delivery. Highlights: 1. Implement strategies for workflow optimization and continuous improvement The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle from receiving orders to final delivery ensuring timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency are achieved. This role acts as the key link between design teams, production staff (tailors and masters), fulfillment, and logistics, keeping orders on track and aligned with business goals to meet target deadlines and objectives. The coordinator also implements strategies to ensure production targets are consistently achieved, balancing efficiency, quality, and cost\-effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** **Order \& Production Management** * Coordinate production schedules based on confirmed orders. * Liaise with tailors, masters, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution. * Monitor progress of garments through each stage of production to meet target delivery dates. **Strategic Implementation** * Develop and apply strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. * Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures. * Continuously improve processes to ensure production targets are met. * Conduct quality checks at various stages of production. * Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. * Resolve production issues quickly to avoid delays and maintain target quality levels. **Fulfillment \& Logistics** * Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of finished goods. * Manage shipping schedules, documentation, and vendor communication. * Track production output and ensure smooth handover to fulfilment to meet target. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Act as the bridge between design, production, and logistics teams. * Provide regular updates to management on production status. * Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to meet target efficiency goals. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or related field. * Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring processes. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PLM/ERP systems, and communication tools. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast\-paced environment while meeting targets. * Problem\-solving mindset with the ability to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
