Success in this role means ensuring timely HR support, reliable reporting, and smooth coordination across key HR processes. **Responsibilities** * Supporting daily HR operations and employee services. * Assisting with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. * Maintaining employee files, HR documents, and accurate records. * Monitoring attendance, leave, and employee\-related transactions. * Updating employee data in HR systems and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel. * Supporting training, performance management, and other HR initiatives. **Qualifications** * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration. * Good understanding of core HR functions, processes, and employee documentation. * Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, data entry, and HR reporting. * Strong organizational, communication, time\-management, and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail. * Good command of Arabic and English.
