The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management processes. * Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. * Lead month\-end and year\-end closing activities. * Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and decision\-making. * Mentor and supervise finance team members. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast\-paced environment.
