The successful candidate will assist producers, presenters, and technical teams with program preparation, studio operations, scheduling, and general production tasks. Responsibilities * Assist producers and presenters with daily broadcast preparations. * Prepare scripts, show materials, announcements, and other production documents. * Support live and recorded radio programs. * Help set up and operate basic studio and broadcasting equipment. * Monitor audio levels and report technical issues to the appropriate team. * Organize music, audio files, recordings, and program materials. * Assist with scheduling guests, interviews, and broadcast segments. * Coordinate with presenters, producers, and technical staff. * Maintain accurate program schedules and production records. * Assist during live broadcasts and respond quickly to production needs. * Perform basic audio editing and file management when required. * Help maintain an organized and professional studio environment. * Support promotional activities and special broadcasting projects. * Follow station procedures and broadcasting standards. Qualifications * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in radio, broadcasting, media production, or a similar environment is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of audio equipment and broadcast production. * Familiarity with audio editing software is a plus. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced studio environment. * Good attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and focused during live broadcasts. * Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
