The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating store activities, managing inventory, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining strong communication between store teams and management. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment * Support sales staff in achieving store targets and customer satisfaction goals * Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally * Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and operational updates * Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments * Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures * Assist in organizing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns * Support staff scheduling and operational planning when required Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field * Previous experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or customer service * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or luxury retail industries * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software * Ability to coordinate with multiple store locations and teams What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Professional and supportive work environment * Employee training and development programs How to Apply Pay: KD64,000\.000 per year Work Location: In person
