Responsibilities: * Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner. * Manage appointments, bookings, and salon schedules. * Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries. * Provide information about salon services, prices, and availability. * Check clients in and assist with their requests during their visit. * Coordinate with beauty specialists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations. * Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. * Follow salon policies, hygiene standards, and customer service procedures. Requirements: * Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a beauty salon, spa, hotel, or hospitality environment. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Professional and welcoming attitude. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Basic computer skills and ability to manage appointments. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. * Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
