Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTECH) / BCA / MCA (KSE if available for PAM or Similar Qualification Related to Post) * Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus. * Freshers with passion for coding in c\# , web forms,sql server can also apply) Exp Level: 0\-4 yrs. Experience. Responsibilities: * Reviewing current systems * Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals * Producing detailed specifications and writing the programmed codes * Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live * Preparation of training manuals for users * Maintaining the systems once they are up and running * Implement systems planning and installation. * Implement and deploy customer existed systems upgrading. * Provide systems remote and onsite customer support. * Provide technical training to systems users. * Make site surveys for new customers. * Attend tech. support and Customers meetings. * Create and update customer Systems backup files. * Update customers Log files. * Provide Systems technical documentations. * Troubleshooting Customers Issues. * Replace site engineers in their vacation. * Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
