Supportive and performance-driven work environment Immigration Advisor – Kuwait **Location:** Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 250 – KWD 350 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time **Female candidates are encouraged to apply and preferred.** About the Role We are looking for a **confident, persuasive, and target\-driven Immigration Sales Consultant** to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **calling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, providing immigration counselling, convincing potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales** for visa and immigration programs across multiple countries. **If you are someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong convincing skills, and is motivated by sales and incentives, this opportunity is for you**. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound and handle inbound calls with prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services. * Understand client requirements, career goals, and eligibility before recommending suitable visa options. * Counsel clients regarding **Permanent Residency, Work Permits, and other visa programs** for various countries. * Build trust and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. * Effectively handle objections and use strong **convincing and negotiation skills** to close deals. * Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of calls, follow\-ups, client discussions, and sales activities. * Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover after conversion. * Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards while dealing with client information. * Manage multiple leads and follow\-ups efficiently in a fast\-paced, target\-oriented environment.
