The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling creative strategies, overseeing brand identity and visual communications, and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality creative projects across digital and traditional media. This leadership role is ideal for a creative professional with strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional design and marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the company's overall creative vision and brand strategy. * Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, content creators, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and multimedia specialists. * Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, branding materials, digital content, advertising assets, and promotional materials. * Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives, and quality standards. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to develop impactful campaigns and creative concepts. * Review and approve creative designs, layouts, videos, presentations, and digital assets before publication. * Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. * Research market trends, consumer insights, and emerging design technologies to drive innovation. * Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, production vendors, and freelance creatives. * Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to senior leadership and clients when required. * Monitor campaign performance and recommend creative improvements based on analytics and customer feedback. * Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high\-performing creative culture. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related field. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in creative design, branding, advertising, or marketing, including at least **3 years** in a leadership or creative management role. * Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, advertising campaigns, digital media, and visual storytelling. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other creative design tools. * Experience working with digital marketing, social media, website design, and multimedia production. * Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
