Engage with customers to explain findings and service estimates. We are a professional watch service center hiring for Watch Authentication and Damage Assessment **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Watch Authentication Check if the watch is Original or Fake. Verify brand markings, serial numbers, movement, dial, and overall build quality. 2\. Damage \& Condition Report Check for scratches, dents, crystal cracks, crown/pusher issues, bracelet stretch, water damage, and dial defects. Take photos and note everything on the job card before intake. 3\. Technical Checking Perform water resistance test, timegrapher test, power reserve check, and battery check. 4\. Customer Handling Receive watches, explain findings to customer, give service estimate and timeline. 5\. Admin Fill job cards, update customer database, coordinate with watchmakers, handle phone **Requirements:** \- Experience: 2\+ years in watch retail, service center, or luxury brand store \- **Must know**: How to identify fake vs original watches for Rolex, Omega, Tag, Cartier, etc. \- **Skills**: Eye for detail, honest, good communication in English \+ Arabic( OP) \- **Tools**: Familiar with a loupe, timegrapher, water tester. Training will be given if needed \- **Qualities**: Presentable, trustworthy, and good with customers **AGE**: 30 YEARS **GENDER** : MALE **NATINALTY**: ANY Experience: * WATCH CHECKING \& AUTHENTICATION : 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
