Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commi 3 to assist chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and develop culinary skills within a fast-paced restaurant group. Highlights: 1. Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs We are hiring experienced **Commi 3** for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar \& Kuwait. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities * Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas * Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately * Ensure proper storage and handling of food products * Support kitchen staff during busy service hours * Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly * Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies * Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards * Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO) * Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned * Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs **Benefits:** ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation \& Transportation Provided * Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred * 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchens preferred * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field * Good teamwork and communication skills * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
