**Engineering Assistant – Multi\-Skilled** Are you technically versatile, proactive, and hands\-on? We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant – Multi\-Skilled** who will support daily engineering operations by handling a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel’s facilities remain safe, functional, and guest\-ready at all times. **A little taste of your day\-to\-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Assisting the Engineering team with day\-to\-day maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house. * Handling basic **electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil** maintenance tasks. * Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests and operational work orders. * Supporting preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections. * Assisting in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating complex faults when required. * Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. * Updating maintenance logs, job cards, and checklists accurately. * Following hotel safety procedures and statutory regulations at all times. * Supporting contractors and technicians during maintenance or repair works when assigned. **What we need from you:** * Proven experience as a **Multi\-Skilled Technician or Engineering Assistant**, preferably in a hotel or large facility. * Hands\-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works. * Technical certificate, diploma, or trade qualification will be an advantage. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem\-solving skills with a proactive approach. * Good communication skills in **English**; **Arabic language will be an advantage**. * Physically fit and capable of handling operational maintenance tasks. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
