Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux. * Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Certifications such as CompTIA A\+ or Network\+ are preferred.
