




### **Job Duties (include but are not limited to):** * Work alongside the project manager to support the efficient management and execution of projects within the agreed scope, cost, and time * Act as a subject matter expert for the dairy section * Facilitate project studies and development by reviewing proposals, plans, and user requirements * Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project objectives and scope * Determine project schedules and calculate time requirements * Request, review, and evaluate supplier proposals and cost estimates * Assist the project manager in preparing and managing the project budget * Create and review contractual, tender, and technical documents * Plan, implement, track, and report on project progress * Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and specifications * Control and report on project progress, costs, and performance * Prepare BOQ, BOM, and technical specifications for equipment and components * Facilitate and manage project meetings, follow\-ups, and documentation * Review design layouts, P\&IDs, and other engineering drawings * Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical proposals and material support * Support external projects within the assigned area of specialization * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Perform other duties as assigned by line management ### **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Food/Dairy Technology or Engineering (KSE membership is a plus) * **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years in a similar capacity * **Language:** Fluency in English is required ### **Required Professional Skills:** * Proficient in MS Office programs * Proficient in MS Project * Knowledgeable in AutoCAD * Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills * Excellent communication and coordination abilities
