We are seeking skilled and experienced **Drillers** for our 1500HP workover rigs. The Driller will be responsible for safe and efficient drilling and workover operations, supervising the rig crew, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and control drilling and workover equipment, including TDS (Top Drive System). * Supervise and direct rig crew during drilling and workover operations. * Monitor well parameters and ensure drilling operations are conducted safely and efficiently. * Coordinate with Rig Manager and other supervisors to achieve operational targets. * Maintain drilling equipment in good working order and ensure timely maintenance. * Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and lead by example in safe work practices. * Report incidents, equipment malfunctions, and operational issues promptly. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Driller** on **1500HP workover rigs**. * Hands\-on experience with **Top Drive System (TDS)** operations. * Strong background in **workover and well intervention operations**. * Good knowledge of drilling fluids, downhole tools, and rig equipment. * Ability to lead and supervise multinational rig crews. * Valid well control certification (IWCF / IADC) preferred. * Strong commitment to HSE compliance. * Candidates available for **local transfer in Kuwait** will be prioritized. **Employment Terms:** * Rotation: 28 days duty / 28 days vacation. * **Duty Salary:** 975 KD / month * **Off Duty Salary:** 162\.5 KD / month Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD162\.000 \- KD975\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately? * What is your salary expectation? * What is your visa status?
