**Job Overview:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer with approximately 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory support. The candidate must be familiar with Kuwait Regulations, CMA, CBK, and any other relevant bodies. **Must be proficient in Arabic \& English.** **Key Responsibilities:*** Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals. * Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. * Conduct compliance reviews and testing, ensuring gaps are identified and resolved. * Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies in a timely manner. * Support AML/KYC processes, including client onboarding and due diligence. * Assist with training staff on compliance requirements and ethical practices. * Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
