The ideal candidate will oversee visual strategy, manage creative teams, and ensure high\-quality visual content that enhances brand identity and drives business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and execution of commercial visual strategies. * Direct creative production for advertising, branding, retail, and digital campaigns. * Manage designers, photographers, videographers, and external creative partners. * Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals. * Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Monitor design trends and drive creative innovation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. * Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, branding, and digital creative work. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. * Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to lead multiple creative projects in a fast\-paced environment.
