Hands-on experience with HVAC, firefighting, plumbing systems **Job Opening: Junior Mechanical Engineer** Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only) **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) * Professional certifications (PMP or equivalent) considered an advantage * Membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is required **Experience Requirements:** * Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within MEP / infrastructure / construction projects * Proven experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination of mechanical works * Experience in project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting * Exposure to cost control, variation orders, and claims documentation is an advantage * Hands\-on experience with mechanical systems including: o HVAC systems o Firefighting systems o Plumbing and water networks * Strong knowledge of: o Material submittals o Shop drawings o MIR / WIR processes * Experience in handling subcontractors and coordinating with consultants and main contractors * Prior experience working on government projects is required **Required Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Strong time management and task prioritization skills * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Strong technical reporting and documentation skills **Contact / Apply: 60446377** Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
