Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure We are hiring experienced **Host/ Hostess** for a reputed restaurant group in **Kuwait.** #### **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating * Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently * Escort guests to tables and provide menus * Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow * Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area * Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary * Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely * Support restaurant operations during busy service periods * Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards * Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests * Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure **Benefits:** ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation \& Transportation Provided **Job Location : Qatar \& Kuwait** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, professional, and customer\-focused attitude * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment * Good organizational and coordination skills * Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
