Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service We are hiring experienced **Floor Supervisor** for a reputed restaurant group in **Kuwait** #### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow * Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations * Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction * Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required * Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service * Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation * Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance * Assist in staff training and onboarding * Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs * Assist management in achieving operational and service goals * Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required **Benefits:** ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation \& Transportation Provided **Job Location : Qatar** * Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations * At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred * Good leadership and team coordination skills * Strong customer service and communication abilities * Experience in fine dining or high\-volume restaurants preferred * Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours * Gulf experience preferred
