**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with cross\-functional teams to develop and optimize chemical processes, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations. * Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency. * Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software for process design and layout planning. * Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks. * Collaborate with laboratory teams to conduct tests and validate process changes. * Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. * Utilize data analytics to assess process performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation of chemical processes. * Provide technical support during the implementation of new technologies or processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. * Strong knowledge of chemistry, manufacturing \& controls, and process engineering principles. * Experience with project management methodologies and tools. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, and data analytics tools. * Familiarity with CGMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and laboratory practices. * Excellent mathematical skills for process calculations and data analysis. * Experience in lean manufacturing techniques is preferred. * Understanding of quantum engineering concepts is a plus. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
