Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships **We're Hiring – Procurement Manager** **International Hospital – Salmiya, Kuwait** International Hospital is seeking a highly experienced **Procurement Manager** to lead and manage all procurement activities, ensuring the timely, cost\-effective, and compliant acquisition of medical and non\-medical supplies essential to hospital operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the hospital's operational objectives. * Lead and manage the procurement team to ensure efficient day\-to\-day purchasing activities. * Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers. * Manage procurement of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and general hospital supplies. * Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards. * Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. * Collaborate with department heads to forecast procurement requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. * Ensure all procurement activities comply with hospital policies, Kuwait regulations, and healthcare industry standards. * Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior management. **Requirements** * **Minimum 12 years of procurement experience in Kuwait** * **Hospital/Healthcare procurement experience in Kuwait is mandatory** * **Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role** * Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, vendor negotiations, and supply chain operations * Experience in procurement of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and hospital services * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage) **Location:** Salmiya, Kuwait **Apply Now** Send your updated CV to **careers@internationalhospital\-kw.com** **Write job title in the subject line:** **Procurement Manager – International Hospital** Work Location: In person
