Opportunity to monitor and improve equipment performance We are seeking a skilled **Electro\-Mechanical Engineer** responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficient operation. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical and mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, generators, control panels, and other equipment. * Inspect equipment and identify potential failures or maintenance requirements. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P\&IDs, and technical manuals. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and other engineering teams. * Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. * Ensure all engineering work complies with safety standards, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable regulations. * Prepare maintenance reports, technical reports, equipment records, and documentation. * Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement when necessary. * Assist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new equipment and systems. * Support energy\-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce operating and maintenance costs. * Supervise technicians and maintenance teams where required. * Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedules. * Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electro\-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in electro\-mechanical engineering or maintenance. * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. * Experience with motors, pumps, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, control panels, and automation systems.
