Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making **Company:** HonduSupply Industrial IT **Location:** Al Ahmadi – East Ahmadi, Block 7, Street 300 **Job Position:** Supply Chain Systems IT Analyst **Salary:** KWD 1,575 per month **Job Overview** **HonduSupply Industrial IT** is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Supply Chain Systems IT Analyst** to support and optimize technology solutions across supply chain and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, maintaining supply chain systems, improving operational efficiency, and providing data\-driven insights to support strategic decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and support supply chain management systems, ERP platforms, and logistics applications. * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to gather business requirements. * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot supply chain software and related IT systems. * Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational decision\-making. * Conduct data analysis to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and distribution processes. * Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across supply chain systems. * Provide technical support and training to end\-users on supply chain applications. * Document workflows, system procedures, and technical specifications. * Support integration projects between ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, and other enterprise systems. * Participate in digital transformation initiatives and process optimization projects. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT systems analysis, supply chain technology, ERP support, or business systems analysis. * Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse processes. * Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar systems. * Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail. * Experience in system testing, process mapping, and requirements gathering. * Knowledge of database management and enterprise application integration concepts. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross\-functional teams. * Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, or supply chain environments. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Supply Chain Planning tools. * Knowledge of data analytics, automation technologies, and digital supply chain initiatives. * Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, ERP Systems, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics are an advantage.
