The successful candidate will collaborate with educators and academic teams to create engaging, effective, and high\-quality curricula that support student learning and meet educational standards. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development and review of curriculum programs and learning materials * Design curriculum frameworks, lesson structures, and educational resources * Collaborate with teachers, academic staff, and subject specialists * Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvements * Ensure learning content aligns with educational standards and objectives * Monitor curriculum implementation and provide guidance to teaching teams * Research current educational trends and innovative teaching approaches * Develop assessment strategies and learning outcomes * Coordinate curriculum development projects and timelines * Maintain and update educational materials based on feedback and performance data * Prepare curriculum reports and present recommendations to management **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field * Proven experience in curriculum design, academic development, or education leadership * Strong understanding of curriculum planning and instructional design * Excellent research, writing, and communication skills * Strong leadership and project management abilities * Creative and analytical approach to educational development * Knowledge of modern teaching methods and learning technologies * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and academic teams الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
