The ideal candidate will oversee technical innovation, guide creative development teams, and ensure the delivery of engaging, high\-quality digital products aligned with business and brand objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the development of creative technology strategies and digital innovation initiatives * Oversee the integration of technology into creative campaigns, platforms, and experiences * Collaborate with creative, product, and technical teams to deliver engaging digital solutions * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools and approaches * Ensure project scalability, performance, usability, and technical quality standards * Manage cross\-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout project delivery * Support UX/UI, interactive media, AR/VR, web, mobile, and experiential technology initiatives * Mentor teams and promote best practices in creative technology and innovation **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Creative Technology, Design, or related field * Proven experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or technical leadership roles * Strong knowledge of interactive technologies, web/mobile platforms, UX/UI, and digital production * Experience with creative tools, emerging technologies, and software development processes * Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills * Experience in digital agencies, media, entertainment, or creative industries is an advantage Pay: KD3,300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
