




**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and creative Bakery Chef to lead the preparation and production of our baked items, including Donuts, breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other confections. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail\-oriented, and passionate about baking. **Key Responsibilities** * Take a charge of our main central kitchen and manage all bakery operations. * Prepare and bake a variety of freshly bakery items from scratch, including artisan breads, cakes, pastries, and cookies. * Develop and test new recipes that align with our brand and seasonal themes. * Manage inventory of baking supplies and place orders as needed. * Monitor baking schedules and ensure Timely production for daily Bakeries and special orders. * Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are consistently met. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations * Oversee and Train junior kitchen staff or assistants. **Requirements** * More than 7 Years Experience as a bakery chef, pastry chef, or similar role * Certified training for Bakery and Pastry * Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment * Creativity and an eye for detail in presentation. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills Job Type: Full\-time
