Opportunities to develop supervisory and leadership skills Junior Store Supervisor **saHello Sophistication** Kuwait City, Kuwait Fahad Al Salem Street **Salary: KWD 750 / month** Job Description saHello Sophistication is looking for a responsible and customer\-focused **Junior Store Supervisor** to support daily retail operations and assist in supervising store staff. The successful candidate will help maintain smooth store operations, deliver excellent customer service, monitor inventory, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets. Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations. * Supervise and support sales staff during assigned shifts. * Ensure customers receive professional and friendly service. * Assist with opening and closing procedures. * Monitor product displays, store cleanliness, and merchandising standards. * Help track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. * Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise. * Support cash\-handling and daily sales procedures. * Address customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints professionally. * Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and task assignments. * Help train new employees on store procedures and customer\-service standards. * Prepare basic sales, inventory, and operational reports. * Help ensure company policies and safety standards are followed. * Support promotional activities and sales initiatives. Qualifications * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. * Previous retail, sales, or customer\-service experience. * Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good organizational and time\-management abilities. * Customer\-focused with a professional and positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of inventory and point\-of\-sale systems. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to lead and motivate a small team. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
