We are seeking an experienced **Hotel General Manager** to lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality excellence. Key Responsibilities * **Operational leadership:** Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F\&B, and guest services. * **Financial management:** Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability. * **Guest satisfaction:** Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service excellence. * **Staff management:** Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality. * **Compliance assurance:** Ensure adherence to Kuwaiti hospitality regulations and safety standards. * **Marketing \& sales:** Collaborate with sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth. * **Reporting:** Provide performance updates and strategic recommendations to ownership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
