




**Executive Sous Chef** Are you a strong culinary leader with a passion for excellence, consistency, and team development? We are looking for an **Executive Sous Chef** who will support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, driving quality standards, and ensuring seamless culinary execution across all outlets and events. **A little taste of your day\-to\-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Assisting the Executive Chef in managing overall kitchen operations across all outlets and banquets. * Leading day\-to\-day culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef. * Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste in line with brand standards. * Managing kitchen brigades, including duty rosters, task allocation, and supervision. * Coaching, mentoring, and developing Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and junior culinary staff. * Ensuring strict compliance with **food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards**. * Supporting menu planning, recipe development, costing, and food presentation. * Monitoring food costs, portion control, wastage, and productivity. * Coordinating closely with F\&B, Banquets, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams. * Supporting audits, inspections, and operational reporting as required. **What we need from you:** * Proven experience as an **Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef**, preferably in a 4\- or 5\-star hotel or high\-volume operation. * Strong leadership and people\-management skills with hands\-on kitchen expertise. * In\-depth knowledge of multi\-outlet kitchen operations and banquet production. * Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations. * Ability to perform under pressure and manage large teams effectively. * Excellent communication skills in **English**; **Arabic language will be an advantage**. * Strong organizational, planning, and cost\-control skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Culinary qualifications or professional certifications will be an advantage.
