




We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled **Senior Sales Engineer** to drive new business growth, develop strong client relationships, and manage government tender–related sales. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, generate high\-quality leads, and consistently achieve sales targets while providing expert technical support to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, private, and project sectors. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends. * Build and strengthen a solid client network through regular field visits, cold calls, presentations, and follow\-ups. * Manage customer requirements by collecting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure product compatibility. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet assigned sales targets. * Support customers by providing technical product guidance, demonstrations, and documentation when needed. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and service execution. * Resolve issues related to stock availability, delivery delays, or technical discrepancies. * Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, quotations, visits, and customer interactions. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports for management. * Maintain strong, long\-term customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
