**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Planning and Quantity Survey Engineer** to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for large\-scale MEP projects. This position requires coordination with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. * Prepare project resource histograms, cash flow, and S\-curves. * Conduct quantity take\-offs and prepare BOQs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and claims. * Review subcontractor invoices and coordinate with procurement and finance teams. * Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management. * Support cost control measures and value engineering exercises. * Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams on planning and cost\-related matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting environment. * Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. * Sound knowledge of MEP systems and construction methods. * Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract conditions is an advantage. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
