**About the Role:** Boutiqaat is looking for a **fresh Industrial Engineering graduate** to join our dynamic Operations team as an **Jr.** **Operations Engineer**. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in e\-commerce operations, including inbound, outbound, logistics, and inventory management. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support operational functions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution of day\-to\-day activities. **Key Responsibilities:** **Inbound Operations** * Assist with receiving goods and verifying accuracy. * Support data entry related to expiry, damages, and mismatches. * Participate in planning and forecasting. **Outbound Operations** * Support order fulfillment and delivery tracking. * Identify inefficiencies in packing/sorting processes. * Contribute to improving order accuracy and timelines. **Logistics** * Assist in tracking shipments and planning routes. * Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities in logistics. **Inventory** * Track inventory movement and support replenishment. * Apply FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage. * Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks. **General** * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams. * Monitor operational progress and deadlines. * Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Industrial Engineering** (mandatory) **Experience:** * 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply) **Skills:** * Basic data analysis and Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast\-paced environment * Exposure to ERP/WMS systems is a plus * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have Bachelor's degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING? * What is your salary expectation in KWD? * Are you open to work in our Warehouse (Sulaibiya)? * Are you a fresher?
