Assistance in automating legal processes **Junior LegalTech Admin** Role Objective: Support the management and operation of legal technology (LegalTech) systems used within the organization, ensuring their efficiency, security, and ease of use by the legal team. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain legal technology systems and software. * Support users (lawyers and staff) in using legal systems and applications. * Organize and manage legal databases and digital documents. * Assist in automating legal processes (e.g., contract management and workflow). * Monitor system updates and ensure their implementation. * Ensure the security and confidentiality of legal data. * Prepare technical and operational reports. * Coordinate with technical service providers and external companies. * Document procedures and systems in use. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Law (with technical knowledge). * Basic knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) or Case Management Systems. * Fundamental understanding of databases and information management. * Familiarity with LegalTech tools or ERP/CRM systems is preferred. Required Skills: * Strong organizational and file management skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially. * Good communication skills with legal and technical teams. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems. Salary: KWD500.000 per month Work Location: On-site
