Resolving technical issues related to e-learning systems **Junior EdTech Specialist** Job Purpose: To support the development and implementation of technological solutions in education to improve the learning experience for students and teachers using digital learning tools and technologies. Responsibilities: * Supporting the operation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Google Classroom, or Blackboard. * Assisting teachers in using digital educational tools. * Preparing digital educational content (videos, quizzes, interactive materials). * Resolving technical issues related to e-learning systems. * Monitoring the performance of educational platforms and ensuring their stability. * Contributing to the development of interactive content using EdTech tools. * Collecting and analyzing usage data of educational platforms. * Providing reports on the performance of digital educational systems. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Fundamental understanding of digital educational content design. * Familiarity with tools such as Moodle, Canvas, or Google Workspace for Education is preferred. Required Skills: * Strong communication skills with teachers and students. * Ability to quickly resolve technical issues. * Time management and organizational skills. * Creativity in delivering educational content. * Ability to learn quickly. * Attention to the educational user experience. Salary: KWD650.000 per month Work Location: On-site
