Job Summary: Providing technical support for systems and cloud services on the Microsoft Azure platform, and assisting in operating, maintaining, and ensuring the stability of cloud infrastructure. Assisting in setting up and configuring Azure services such as Azure AD and App Services **Junior Cloud Support (Azure)** Job Objective: Providing technical support for systems and cloud services on the Microsoft Azure platform, and assisting in operating, maintaining, and ensuring the stability of cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Monitoring and operating cloud services on Microsoft Azure. * Supporting users and resolving cloud service-related issues. * Creating and managing cloud resources such as Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networks. * Monitoring cloud system performance and ensuring availability. * Performing backup and restore operations (Backup \& Restore). * Assisting in setting up and configuring Azure services such as Azure AD and App Services. * Implementing security policies and managing access control. * Documenting operational procedures and technical configurations. * Collaborating with DevOps and IT Infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing. * Solid understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). * Microsoft AZ\-900 or AZ\-104 certification is preferred. Required Skills: * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to learn quickly. * Attention to detail.
