The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance. * Assist in the preparation of financial statements, monthly and yearly closing activities, and reconciliation of accounts. * Validate and reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy of supporting documentation. * Assist in the monitoring and tracking of company expenses. * Support the Accountant / Senior Accountant in the preparation of financial reports. * Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices and ensure compliance in financial procedures and reporting. * Familiarity with ERP systems like Net Suite and Advance Excel. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Fresher Graduate or 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment. * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
