The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural ideas into compelling visual presentations, including project branding, marketing materials, render enhancements, and presentation boards. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop high\-quality visual materials for architectural and real estate projects * Design project presentations, brochures, and pitch decks * Enhance architectural renderings and 3D visuals using graphic tools * Create branding concepts for new developments (logos, color palettes, identity) * Prepare marketing and sales materials (flyers, social media posts, banners) * Produce layout designs for architectural boards and client presentations * Collaborate with architects and draftsmen to ensure design accuracy and consistency * Maintain brand guidelines across all projects * Support digital marketing initiatives with creative content Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within architecture, real estate, or construction sectors * Strong portfolio showcasing architectural or real estate projects Technical Skills * Proficiency in: * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred) * SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion (a plus) * Experience in render post\-production and visualization enhancement * Knowledge of layout, typography, and branding principles Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
