Bridge the gap between field engineers and data-heavy management teams **Urban Cambo Builders (IT) \| Sabah Al\-Salem, Block 1** **Construction Management Software Lead \| KWD 1,500 per month** At our Sabah Al\-Salem headquarters, Urban Cambo Builders is looking for a leader to own the digital backbone of our construction operations. This role is about ensuring that the flow of information from the site to the office is as solid as the foundations we pour. You will be the primary authority on our project management software, responsible for the total integration of scheduling, cost control, and document management systems. We aren't looking for someone to just click buttons; we need a Lead who can customize software logic to fit the specific complexities of Kuwaiti construction cycles. Success in this position means you have mastered the art of digital coordination, specifically within Procore, BIM 360, or specialized ERP systems. We require a professional background of at least 5 years where you’ve successfully bridged the gap between field engineers and data\-heavy management teams. Because you'll be coordinating with international vendors and high\-level stakeholders, C2\-level English proficiency is non\-negotiable. You’ll also be expected to use Loom as your primary tool for creating "Digital Site Reports" and software training videos, ensuring that every foreman and project manager under your watch is fully aligned with our technical standards.
